PropAI is an AI-powered property investment analysis tool for the Egyptian real-estate market. It provides valuation estimates, rental yield projections, ROI scenarios, and risk assessments based on collected market data and algorithmic models.
PropAI output is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property. All verdicts, scores, and projections are estimates based on available data and automated models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
You should consult a licensed real-estate professional, financial advisor, and/or legal counsel before making any property investment decision. PropAI accepts no liability for investment outcomes.
Market data used by PropAI is collected from public sources and may not reflect current market conditions. Listing data, price benchmarks, and rental estimates are periodically updated but are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. PropAI makes no warranty about the accuracy of any analysis result.
You may create a free account to access limited daily analyses. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are available for extended access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share account access with others except as permitted under your plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service does not work as described — contact us at support@propai.eg.

The PropAI platform, software, design, and content (excluding third-party listing data) are owned by PropAI and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
